Like all health systems, The Christ Hospital Health Network was facing a severe staffing shortage caused by COVID. We were asked to jump in and help with an inventive campaign to address this. Our assignment was clear: develop something attention-getting that will get results ASAP.
By using provocative words that would get attention, and make sense out of context only to the people we were recruiting, we were able to simultaneously break through, and attract well qualified applicants. We collaborated with doctors, nurses and the actual people who hold the roles in departments that The Christ Hospital Health Network was hiring for to come up with the creative for the campaign.
Despite the national staffing shortage, The Christ Hospital Health Network was able to exceed staffing goals over the course of the campaign, and was able to keep operating as normal, unlike some competitors. Not bad for a giant hairy nevus.
